Purple Suede takes us to the beauty of Tasmania. A rugged landscape, isolated and so incredibly beautiful, Tasmania is known as a melting pot of art and nature. This fragrance features the Tasmanian lavender. Brought to Australian shores in the 1900’s from The Maritime Alps, Tasmania is now one of the most popular essential oil exports from Tasmania.
Fields of lavender scatter the land. Long summer days and cool summer nights make for the perfect backdrop for lavender to flourish. This scent depicts a hot day where the lavender is slightly sunburnt, the plants are crisped by the heat from the sun.
There is a distinctive smoke of a campfire, and then a rich, warm and buttery leather scent in the air, which you soon realise is from the magnificent horses on the land.
